Maison Martin Margiela dress in viscose with plenty of trademark house tropes.
This has a cowl neck and darts at the waist. The darts have a latex strip over their seaming giving the appearance of tape. The print suggests xeroxed fabric, has trompe l’oeil stitching and design or drafting numbers and markings cover the skirt.
There has been some repair work done to the left sleeve hole. It is invisible to the outside but can be seen on the lining, but is very structurally sound. Otherwise it is in excellent vintage condition.
